Delivery and Returns

Delivery Options:

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 3.00pm, pallet deliveries before 12.00pm.

Parcels will be delivered on a next day service to England, Scotland and Wales.

Carriage is charged on a box quantities basis - minimum £10 for a single box and £5 for each consecutive box up to a pallet quantity (for example, 4 boxes at £25 total). For box quantities please refer to individual products within the online shop.

Pallet quantities (more than 10 boxes) are charged at £45 per pallet regardless of weight, to a maximum of £120.

If you require a different service, such as early or Saturday delivery please speak to one of our team on 01206 224444 who will advise you further on rates and options available.

Pallet deliveries are on a 2-3 day service. (If your order is urgent next day service is available - please contact us on 01206 224444)

Please note that orders wanted for Next Day Delivery must be placed by 3.00pm for guaranteed same day dispatch.

Items Missing If your order arrives and the parcel is damaged you should check your parcel before you sign for it to make sure that nothing is missing. If the parcel is missing an item(s) due to it being damaged you must reject the parcel and state your reason (missing items due to damage) with the courier. If your parcel arrives with no damage, but items are missing, you must make us aware of the missing items immediately so this can be looked into and resolved.

Returns and Refunds Please refer to the following information when returning products delivered from CargoStop.

Faulty Products In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.

The return must be accompanied with proof of purchase for a refund of the purchase value of the product. Alternatively, collection of the product can be arranged through our nominated carrier, please call our sales team on 01206 22 44 44 for help with returning an item. We require the return of the products within 7 days of the refund request being made.
