Which cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.

Will my order include a sales receipt?

When you order online you will receive a confirmation that your order has been placed. An invoice will follow in the post in the next couple of days.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

When you order online you will be able to then print your VAT receipt. We will also send you a copy of your Invoice in the post. Alternatively you can call 01206 22 44 44 and ask for an invoice to be sent to you via e-mail or fax.

Is VAT included in the products?

Products within the online shop are not inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). We charge VAT on goods and delivery at the current UK rate. This will be added at checkout so you can see exactly the amount to be debited from your account.

How do I get a brochure from CargoStop?

You can request a brochure in the ‘contact us’ section to receive a hard copy brochure. A PDF version is downloadable from on our website. This is regularly updated and once you have requested the brochure you will continue to receive a copy free of charge whenever we produce a new brochure.

Do you offer discount for higher quantities?

Yes - certainly. there are price breaks listed out on the website with each products, but please call 01206 22 44 44 to speak to our Sales Department for further assistance. Alternatively please look at our ‘bulk buy and save’ options on the website.

Do your lifting products come with test certificates?

All our products are fully tested and certified. Our lifting products (Lifting Slings) come with copies of test certificates which are normally emailed over to the client.

How do you measure your ratchets and chains?

All ratchet straps and chains are measured from bearing point to bearing point.

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?

Your order can be delivered to an alternative address to the billing address when placing an order via our website but the full details of the cards registered address/ billing address must be entered into the order.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can, please contact us on 01206 224444 to arrange a collection time. You can also send your own courier service if you would like.
